1. Sponsorship Deliverables

As a Sponsor of the Landscape Middle East Awards, you are entitled to the following:

• Meet & Greet Corporate Area: Access to the exclusive corporate area for networking and engagement with attendees.

• Full Page in Special Magazine Issue: A full-page advertisement in the event's special magazine issue, distributed to all attendees.

• Reserved Branded Table(s): Reserved, branded table(s) accommodating up to 10 guest per table. Number of table as agreed to sponsor level

• Event Collaterals & Branding: Your company’s logo will appear on all event collaterals, including campaigns, advertisements, website banners, and signage across the event.

• Exhibition Space: Allocated exhibition space to showcase your products/services during the event, including LCD Screen and a 4 x 4 meter area, with walls and front counter. Logos to be paced to the wall and counter.

2. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Landscape Middle East Awards Event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the sponsor will receive a full refund of the sponsorship fee paid.

Alternatively, if both parties agree, the sponsorship may be transferred to a rescheduled date or a similar future event.

3. Sponsor Cancellation

Should the sponsor decide to cancel their participation after confirming sponsorship, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation must be communicated in writing at least 60 days before the event. From such date, (60 days prior to the event) no refund will be given of deposit, or advanced payments made, and the sponsor will remain liable for the full amount.

4. Sponsor Responsibilities

All artwork, branding materials, and relevant deliverables (including content for the magazine issue) must be submitted by the sponsor within the deadlines set by the event organizers.

The sponsor must ensure that their exhibition space is appropriately staffed and operational during event hours.

Sponsor to provide all promotional video(s) and computer for HDMI cable connected projection.

5. Liability

The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the sponsor or their representatives during the event, except where such liability is due to the organizers’ negligence or breach of statutory duty.

6. Force Majeure

The event organizers shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
